COVID-19 Circuit Breaker Announcement

 
We have been receiving e-mail enquiries on whether we will continue operating and we’d like to offer some clarifications. 【Updated on 22 April 2020】

 

1. Will iORA Online Store continue operations from 7th April 2020 onwards?

Yes, we will continue operations from 7th April onwards as we are exempted from the business closure announced by the government on 3rd April.

 

2. Will there be New Arrivals from 7th April onwards?

There will not be any New Arrivals till further notice.

 

3. Will my parcel arrive later if I placed order after 7th April?

Do expect slight delays in delivery as we have implemented measures to reduce and stagger working hours of our employees.

Having said that, you should still receive your parcel within 2-4 working days as opposed to 1-3 working days before.

 

4. Can I still opt for in-store collection?

Unfortunately, we have temporary suspended in-store collection till further notice. This is because our retail stores will not operate from 7th April to 1st June in line with our government’s COVID-19 directives.

 

5. I’ve received my order but some of the items do not fit or are not to my liking. How do I exchange?

As our stores are closed at the moment, all the exchange can only be done once the stores reopen.

Please note that sales item ($10, $15, $19, 1 for 1 ) are not eligible for exchange, the exchange item have to be in original condition, price tags intact, unworn, unwash. *2 for promo items are eligible for exchange.

Kindly send us the item that you would like to exchange to. Besides, you could let us know which outlet that you are more convenience to do the exchange, we will reserve the item.

Please contact us via the contact form for exchange enquiries and we will further advise. Retail exchange will not be available for the time being.

 

6. Will the customer service hotline still be available?

Most of our employees will be working from home and hence, the customer service hotline will not be available. Please contact us via the contact form.

 

7. My coupon is expiring or have expired, can it be extended?

Online coupon expiry extension will be allowed on case-by-case basis. Please contact us via the contact form.

 

8. I reside outside of Singapore, do you still ship internationally?

Yes, we still do via DHL Express. However, do expect a slight delay of additional 1-2 days.

 

9. I am a member of iORA Rewards Programme and is unable to redeem my soon-to-be expired points. Can it be extended?

We hear you and we are in discussion to make that happen. We will announce it in due time. For the time being, you can still continue to place order via our Online Store and have it delivered for free to your doorstep.
