WE’RE BACK AGAIN

[20 June 2020 Updates]

We have reopened our doors on 19 June 2020.

As we embrace the new normal, your shopping experience may not be the same.

In order to keep you safe while you shop, we have put in place some safety measures.

 

Q. Are the retail stores open yet?

A. Yes, we have re-opened on 19th June 2020 with reduced operating hours. Please refer to our Instagram / Facebook posting for more details on operating hours.

 

Q. Will there be New Arrivals after re-opening?

A. We are planning to Launch New Arrivals gradually. Please do follow us @iorasg on Facebook and Instagram to be the first to know!

 

Q. Can I still opt for in-store collection?

A. Yes! We have opened our doors on 19th June and in-store collection are now available again. You may place your order with option to collect them in-stores.

 

Q. I’ve received my order but some of the items do not fit or are not to my liking. How do I exchange?

A. For orders made during Circuit Breaker Period (7th April to 18th June inclusive), you are allowed to make exchanges in our retail stores until 2nd July.

Do email us at hello@iora.com.sg to make a reservation for the item you wish to exchange.  You will also be able to exchange for other items if size does not fit.

Please note that sales item ($10, $15, $19) and other items purchased during promotional campaigns are not eligible for exchange. To be eligible for exchange, items have to be in original condition, price tag still in tact, unworn and unwashed. Bundle Deal items such as 2 for $29 and 2 for $49 are eligible for exchange.

 

 

Q. My coupon is expiring or have expired, can it be extended?

A. Online coupon expiry extension will be allowed on case-by-case basis. Please contact us via the contact form.

 

Q. I reside outside of Singapore, do you still ship internationally?

A. Yes, we still do via DHL Express. However, do expect a slight delay of additional 1-2 days.

 

Q. I am a member of iORA Rewards Programme and is unable to redeem my soon-to-be expired points. Can it be extended?

A. All membership points that have expired in month of April, May and June 2020 will automatically be extended for an additional year till April, May and June 2021 respectively.
